Peter Ambrose-Pearce
Peter has been with Syngenta since 2014, starting as Territory Sales Manager and moving into the role of ANZ Technical Services Lead in 2021. He supports our customers with product and industry training, technical advice and trial activity.
Peter commenced his career in pest management in 2004 with Amalgamated Pest Control in Queensland. He initially worked with their residential division, but later moved to a branch on the northern outskirts of Brisbane to take on all facets of pest management. This semi-rural and urban landscape was where Peter spent the next 6 years developing a solid understanding of pest management including commercial, domestic and importantly termite treatments and applications. Peter’s technical knowledge of pest management has been developed in the field and combined with his training as a licensed pest manager in Queensland is a force to be reckoned with.
Peter’s excellent technical abilities practical pest knowledge enables him to assist his customers with in-field problem solving and practical technical training. He’s based in Queensland.

Kristy Dawson
Kristy has recently joined Syngenta as Territory Sales Manager. She represents Syngenta’s innovative range of pest management products and focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Kristy is skilled in modern pest management practices with strong industry knowledge. Joining Syngenta from her most recent position as Trainer and Assessor at the MPL Training Centre, Kristy is well versed in delivering industry leading face-to-face training to professional pest technicians. Prior to that Kristy worked as a pest manager, gaining experience in all facets of pest control administration and management; from bookings all the way through to contract negotiations in all areas, and including general pest, termites, bird proofing and pre-construction. Along with her certification in Urban Pest Management in Training & Assessment, Kristy’s practical, hands-on experience brings added depth to helping customers in her role at Syngenta.
Kristy’s strong knowledge of practical pest management enables her to assist Syngenta customers with anything product related. She’s based in Sydney.
